Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern Your participation in GIA Virtual Series' webinars ("the Event") organised by GIA Global Group s.r.o. ("Organiser", "We") which is registered in Czechia on the following address Karlovo náměstí 317/5, Nové Město (Praha 2), 120 00, Prague, under the following ID number 06437770.

By registering for the Event, You agree to and accept these Terms & Conditions which form a binding legal contract between the Organiser and the registered attendee ("You", "Your(s)" or "Attendee").
Registration
Once You submit your registration, We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. After a quick review, We will send You a welcome email with important further instructions on how to join and use the Event virtual platform. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the email address that You provide during the registration is correct.

Registration credentials (login/passwords) cannot be forwarded to third parties. Doing so may hinder your own access, as the Event entry is by prior registration only.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
In case an Attendee would like to cancel the participation for some unexpected eventualities, such requests must be submitted in written form and sent by post or email one week prior to the event in order to obtain a full credit note for any future online workshop organised by GIA Global Group s.r.o.

The fees charged are strictly non-refundable. In the event that GIA Global Group s.r.o. cancels the event, Attendee's payment will be refunded in full within 30 days (if applicable). In the event that GIA Global Group s.r.o. postpones the event, Attendee's payment will be credited towards the rescheduled date.
The Event Content
All rights in all presentations, materials and documentation published or otherwise made available as part of the Event (including the Event name, logo exhibitor, sponsor and attendees' lists) ("Content") are owned by the Organiser, or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. No photography, filming or recording; or republication, broadcast or other dissemination of the Content is permitted. You shall not distribute, reproduce, modify, store, transfer or in any other way use any of the Content except the use by the relevant Attendee for internal business purposes or the prior written consent of the Organiser.

The Organiser is not responsible for the Content of any speaker's presentation; such Content is the opinion of the speaker and not of the Organiser.
Event Programme & Location
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme without notice and to change the location or the date of the Event or confirmed speakers.
Force Majeure
If the Organiser is delayed, hindered or prevented from hosting the Event as a result of a force majeure (which means any act, event, omission or accident beyond its control reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes (save for its own workforce), lock-outs, failure of a utility service or telecommunications network, software failure, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, accident, government and / or local authority restraints, regulations or orders, fire, flood, or storm) the Organiser may postpone the Event. In this case Your registration will be rolled over to the rescheduled Event.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organiser, its employees and affiliates from all damages, liabilities and expenses (and all legal costs including reasonable lawyers fees, court costs, expenses and settlements resulting from any action or claim) arising out of, connected with or resulting in any way from any act or omissions by You or Your negligence during your attendance and participation in the Event or otherwise in relation to the Event.
Liability
The Event is delivered over the internet, and accordingly, is subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any delays, delivery failures, viruses, hacker intrusions or other damage resulting from such problems.
Data Protection
By registering for the Event, Your registration details will be available to the Organiser and its affiliates to deliver the Event as well as to contact You with information about similar events and services in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
The Event Partner /
Co-Host
GIA Virtual Series' events are free of charge for all participants, thus to be able to deliver our services to you, we are dependant on funding from our Event Partners.

GIA Global Group reserves the right to share the following information with a Partner of the specific Event you have registered for:

  • Full Name & Job Title
  • Company Name
  • Phone Number if provided
  • Email Address
  • Location/Country
  • Areas of Interest & Industry
You can always see the Partner on the main website of a specific event you are registering for under the "Partners" section.

The Partner has the right only for one-off communication and processes your data according to its own privacy policy.

If you register for the Event and do not wish your information to be shared with the Event Partner, you have always an alternative option to proceed with a paid registration. To do that, please contact us at info@giavirtual.com. In this case, your data will be used only for correspondence regarding the Event you have registered for and will be deleted right after the end of the Event.
