Back in 1958, Hans Peter Luhn was ahead of his times with the article "A Business Intelligence System" in the IBM Journal of Research and Development and it took a couple decades to realise one of the biggest challenges every data scientist face today.
More than 90% of all new data is unstructured; anything that has text, video, audio, or natural language (text, voice, sign language, etcetera) falls under this category.
Neural networks completely changed the way we can approach to analysing the data and further development opens new horizons.

Kateřina is a Manager in the Prague office of Deloitte Central Europe. She has more than 10 years of experience with semantic data analysis. Kateřina is a data scientist with a natural language processing background. Having previously worked as a product developer and business consultant specializing on text analytics in big data domain, she is now involved in forensic data analysis in Deloitte. Kateřina got her PhD. in computational linguistics. Her research concerns mainly sentiment analysis and information extraction.

For each, we will explore the Wolfram Language's inbuilt capabilities to both reduce noise and introduce both structure and context - using automated techniques made possible by the Wolfram Language's symbolic computation and entity system. The talk will heavily feature live and interactive coding demonstrations.
